I ain't a huge sig designer at all, but there is a difference between constructive criticize someone and bashing them... There is also a difference between being rude and not sugar coatin it! I personally believe that sugar coatin things only allows the designer/producer to believe what he/she is doing okay and they can continue to do it! Being straight forward can see insensitive and mean at time but it is the best way for someone to learn a new disciplined. Look at the every boot camp ever made and you will this style of teaching! It is the best method for people to learn quickly and efficiently!

Look here is the deal. I ment what I said. I know there is a fine line between being rude and being a honest cnc'r, but there is a line. I don't want it to be crossed. I don't care how pro someone thinks they are, just don't cross that line. If this is a problem then I'm sorry but that's the way it will be. We are a teaching division, we encourage new designers. This is the XDC way. This conversation is concluded.
