i much prefer the b23r, cuz it actually has accuracy

B23R is a better all around pistol.

For me is the B23R, with it being a burst fire pistol it allows for more precise shots to be landed at longer range. Whereas the Kap 40 is good at shorter distance and really only good if you get the jump on someone or flank them imo.
