The Xiled Design Team is currently looking for anyone interested in creating custom artwork for the members of our community and our website.​

What does the Design Team do?

We are a group of gamers/designers that work together, teach and learn from each other, and help one another to improve and grow their design skills. Our primary responsibility is creating custom Clan & Leader Banners, Signatures, Avatars, and completing projects for our website.



What are the requirements to be on the Design Team?

• Design experience and/or willingness to learn and show progression.
  
• Must show the ability to work well with a team
  
• Must be able to give and take constructive criticism.
  
• Innovative & Creative
  
• Must have a photo-editing program such as Photoshop or GIMP, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  
• Participate in Design Team activities such as SOTW & Website Projects.
  
• Maintain activity by completing a minimum of 1 Signature and 1 Banner request a month.
  
• Complete all requests and projects in a timely manner.

The Xiled Design Team is a great way for you to grow your talents in design and have your work showcased on our amazing website.

• What type of program are you using? (Must be disgnable, NOT a font or filter editor)
  
• How much experience do you have with your program and making signatures or banners?
  
• What is your current Clan and Rank? Will this affect your ability to fill the requirements of being on the Design Team?
  
• Please submit 2-3 images of your own work – be prepared to work on a Signature or Banner Request during your application process following the appropraite Format & Sizes which can be located >>HERE<<

Note: You must be submitting original work! Anyone found taking signatures from other people and/or websites and claiming them as their own will have their application terminated indefinitely.
