i dont use either lol im special i guess. i only use my hawks to get at people long and close quarters. but if i had to choose, it would be about the style of play a person has. like how he was saying in domination. or playing some hq for a change.

depends frag you can get some lucky/unlucky bounces. However semtex you can get good or bad sticks. It is all personnel preference!!!

i prefer semtex for 2 reasons. it faster to detonate and they can't throw it back. then again if you're on a bigger map, you might want the frags because they don't blow up so fast. get in those extra few yards. you can also throw frags through the vent on highjacked!

Frags, because I play hardcore and you can roll them into spawns and get wicked multi kills
