How Do I

I'm trying to get my Sig done, myself or through Design. I'm not sure how to, and I have posted and know one answers me. Just wanted to add Sinnihilation in crazy lettersin red with a border, and in evil script at the bottom of my Sig pic. Also put a border around the entire thing in red with crazy stuff,Help me someone.
