humans better because it just feels better i duno why i think the crosshair on the alien sniper is weerd !!! duno why it just is in my opinion ( which is right by the way lol )

your all goin covie on me. I'm gonna throw it down for the Human Snipez because I like the look of that reticule when it travels over my opponents head.
I agree that the Beam Rifle is better, but not because it's more powerful or more accurate...

Beam Rifle > Sniper Rifle because you can pull off 2 body shots really fast and if your going for headshots then you don't need to reload. Only thing though is that Sniper Rifle has ammo that respawns on maps like Turf and Coagulation.

In Team Snipes, Beam Rifle is mostly my first choice. B/c if it overheats, I switch to Sniper Rifle and while I'm using that, the Beam Rifle cools down as if it "reloads itself".
U get more shots than if u go with SR first and have to reload, overheat BR.
Instead of Overheat BR, use up SR clip, then use the cooled down BR.
They do same speed and same damage, but if anyone's never noticed, the sniper trail of the Beam Rifle disappears quicker than the SR smoke trail.

Oh my gosh i cant belive i understood every word of that!!!
Imma have to say the Beam Rifle is waaaaay better...its a whole lot more accurate and shoots faster...the sniper rifle is more of a secondary when it over heats and epecially in no scope fights...but then you switch back to the Beam Rifle and rape some kids

beam Rifle! With sniper rifle, u have to reload but with Beam Rifle, if you're waitin' for a guy to come out from a rock it's fine but with SR u're going to HAVE to reload sometime, possibly a very bad time.

Both have their advantages....
The beam can have two shots back to back, making body shots better, but then you get overheated.
The Human has a slower rate of fire and requires a reload every four. No crucial period of overheat though in a close range firefight though.
I tend to lean towards the human sniper because I like the reticule better. It's a little smaller.

i like the beam rifle the best. yes it does overheat, but if you use it right and shoot just a little slower or you can pull off more that a human rifle can, and you wouldn't have to reload.

Man...they should make a Brute Sniper Rifle.
Take like 2 headshots or 3 body shots but the clip is 5 or somethin'. and a rate of fire at 1 round every 2 and a half seconds.
Oh, yeah. And put on of those big blade thingy's. Everyone loves blade melees.

the entire way to go about deciding which rifle is better depends on the situation. ltes say a guy is chasing your tush with a shiny new sword...the beamrifle's fast two-shot comes in handy before the noob can slice you. On the other hand, lets say your holding a stronghold, your partners die and 3 enemies are approaching a quick pop-out can down two and then just follow up the third with a bodyshot-melee to get the triple and hold your ground. that's how i see it

I agree, it all depends on what your used to and/or your preferences. Whenever I get a sniper I always get the human. However it does take less skill to know when to reload then timing your shots and keep track of your target in my opinion.
