XGG COME BACK?

that's why i was thinking a good idea would be for it to be more of a public user group that girls from any clan could join and still get the badge next to their name. in a male dominated atmosphere like gaming, it would give them a badge of honor i suppose. and i really am not trying to be sexist in any way lol. i honestly see no difference in play styles or anything. i have, however, noticed that most women play HC TDM.

giving the girls a place to organize girl only events seems like a good idea to me. take our the ranking system, leave the honor code. no one is any higher rank then the other. rank in their home clan wouldn't mean anything in their events or game nights or whatever. that way there is no possibility for the popularity contest thing to happen again.

The "Xiled Gamer Girlz" usergroup is open, even when XGG was running it was for all women regardless of whether or not one was in a specific XGG clan. No matter how much I encourage the women of the community to join/use it no one does. The majority of girls just aren't as enthusiastic as 'investing' in clans as in comparison to the general male crowd.

maybe have something in the XGG forums where the badge gets upgraded after a certain period of time? like 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, 2 year and so on? and they would have to show activity in the forum to gain said badge? so it's a matter of time and popularity could play no part in it. being in XGG longer wouldn't necessarily give that person any more or less power. maybe have some kind of inner democracy for new recruits going in to XGG that haven't been in XG at all yet? kind of how it is already.

there would have to be someone that is keeping tabs on it though. someone making sure that everyone is actually following the honor code and recruiting people 13+. i know we have a few female XS and XD in here.

idk, it's a thought

Having joined XGC when XGG was still going, I had never heard about it being an open usergroup. I always assumed the intention of the group was to have it be a clan like any other group on the list, and therefore limited only to members.

Perhaps if it were to open again with this same policy, this piece of info could be spread more thoroughly? Had I known this I certainly would have joined in tandem with XGC.
