Good question!!! At this point, I cant even remember why I had to do that LOL

aaaaand it looks like Im back on the XBL Ambassador list.... odd, but oh well

I am an Xbox Ambassador and just recently joined XGC.
I checked everyone's names here and no one that has posted has ever been an Xbox Ambassador so don't go lying to people.
I would be glad to have my own special rank in XGC to help you guys out with your Xbox Live problems.
Anyone wants to make this happen just message me on Xbox Live.

Gosh am I glad this dwindled out!!! LOL

I know.. im resurfacing it. But I just HAVE to comment on this.

I recently contacted xbox.com support, with a issue with one of my Gamer Tag's. They give you the option too speak with a ambassador and or a actual help tech. So, even with the *'s about how ambassadors are just like minded gamers, etc etc... I figured, why not.

Well, LOL Here is the convo. (i have it in email cause i felt the need to report as it's asked of you if you have a issue with one)
Side note--- to end the session, either one of the people can just say bye, and then if u don't do it first, you can NOT review the chat

Remember, Xbox Community Ambassadors are NOT official Microsoft support agents; they are just friendly Xbox users, like you!

DO NOT share any personal information with your Ambassador including:
-Your name
-Windows Live ID
-Account password

If they ask for this information, please report them to xboxambs@microsoft.com and include the entire chat transcript, along with the date and time (and time zone) of your conversation. Thank you.

Please ask your Xbox question. Try to be specific so we can best match you with a Community Ambassador who can help.

Altho, I was a Admin and Ref for a certain large other pro website, wont name names but.. you know ;)

That I loved. And think something with in game "ref's" would be a GREAT addition too the XG Community. And I would SO LOVE to help out with this.

Yea, there are some things even the most competant Ambassador wouldnt be of any help with... Seeing as MS blindly recruits these guys without seeing how much they know, I'm not surprised they werent able to help. Their tech support isnt much better ;)
