that right side was way emptier lmao it was just jet black so i had added those little green starry streaks thanks for the help!

I really like it btw how did you get the little bit of a hue around you text with out the blur tool ?

are you talking about the green glow around it? if so then if youre using photoshop just open up the blending options on the text layer and choose outer glow.
