well my view on crash the site is how is it going to be a benefit? and how is it going to get more members to go on more often? Sure im in to participate but the sad reality is that im kind of leaning to the side it won't even reach even 500 members being online at the same time.

cause i talked to a XD about the activity of XG and he just told me the sad reality straight up saying we have about ~4,800 members and have 50,000 registered members. so 1/10 are actually members who participate on being part of XG while the others are just there. and the people online on the site averages and remains like that. so in my view on crash the site is at less than 500, but you never know i could be wrong.

but reallly i think things can change cause i think of sad reality of the "forum inactivity" not as a problem but another challenge we all can fix. we all have great ideas in making XG a better community we just need the permission to get things starting.

I agree 100% 500 people if your lucky and the people that have these ideas are some smart people ;)

oh well if we only get five hundred...it's more than we've had on at one time. but hopefully we could do this maybe once a month or maybe every two months but hopefully more and more people would come on with each one.

More then likely it will be once a month for awhile if we are still getting low count. However if we get up in the thousands I may hold off on doing it again for 3 months. It really just depends on the reactions I get from people and how many members show up. Im thinking when I do it again that we will add forum games into the mix and make it longer and at a different time.

I think that Sunday is a bad idea. That's just my opinion. If it's going to be on a Sunday, you're likely to get less than 500. I would bear to say 250. That might even be a lucky number. For whatever reason, organized events only get held on weekends. If someone would try during the week, you might get a better turn out because most people are in their "work week" and have to be at home at nights during the week, whereas everyone's weekends are scattered...

But what do I know, I'm sober...

If you would like to see why I chose that date, check out the informational forum. Further into summer there might be another one during the week, when most the kids are out.

lol I understand, im doing finals this week and next. oh and its not this sunday but the following Sunday.

Keep in mind that the number of registered users has been built up over a period of 5 years. In that time, people have come and gone. Not all of that number is really there.

i'll definitely be there...and all these numbers it's just getting confusing. let's just hope for the best turn out that's really all we can do besides spam the event to everyone
