yes, i will be putting up practices soon, and we as a 2nd string team can have practice every night if we want, because i am on almost every night, i may punk out on you guys every now and then, but girls mean more to me sometimes, sorry, but i will get more work going for us. the more dedication and more we care the better we shall get.

Alright guys, i had personal work issues, girl, and school i have my classes all sorted out and my work schedule will not be so hectic coming up soon, so i will be able to do more stuff during the week, so lets get serious and charge this thing head on and get everyone playing better.

yes you can be in more than one group, for example:
your clan, XG News Team, Design Team, News Editors, Generals, XS, XD, Council, and whatever other groups there are, also anyone XS and above can have about 4 clans and then any other groups they are apart of, so it doesnt matter as long as it isnt 2 clans if you arent a XS.
