keep in mind starrplayer you said when writing previews, both of these games are released, and would be considered reviews.

on one hand i agree with you saying i would like to see more depth, but on the other, i like the short and sweetness behind the Madden review. we all know its football, we all know what madden games are like, i just want to know what is DIFFERENT from the others, you know? what sets madden 11 apart from madden 10.. and i think this review did the trick.

but back to the MNC review, i feel as though it could have used more depth. the writing is definately tasteful, but needed more content imo.

but nice turn around on your second post IrishReaper...

keep up the good work

i have yet to enjoy playing a game with Gran Turismo in the title since GT 2...

hopefully they get this right... and good luck taking down Forza...

if it is better than Forza, you will hear me say it.. but i am a die hard forza man... and it will take ALOT to woo me over.. so i challenge you GT5... do your worst! lol

Medal of Honor

This 1st person shooter will blow you mind away before you say "This is Amazing!!!"

Teir 1 Operators make up about .015% of the U.S. Military. They are hanpicked warriors ready to strike the biggest or smallest targets upon command. They are Precison instruments of destruction and they will not be stopped by any means.

Medal of Honor is stepping out of its comfort zone, away from WWII themes and making this one based off Afghanistan. In present day Afghanistan you will face some of the most unforgiving and hostile conditions ever known to man and every corner you turn will be full of excitment and new challenges.

To give a distinction in personality; each charector has his own side arm: "Rabbit" has a Sig, "Deuce" has a Glock and Dante Adams uses an M9. These side arms can never be dropped and have unlimited ammo, but the amazing thing is if you try to knife someone but you are out of range, it will pull out ur side arm and shoot one bullet. You can continue to shoot if you would like or as you close the distance on your enemy you can try once again to knife them.

There are also several amazing primary weapons available for use. Assualt rifles: First is the all time favorite, the M4 Carbine, which has a preety big family tree, streching all the way back to the M16. But oddly enough all of these guns were based off the same gun, The AR-15. Another favorite is the Ak-47. Although some may disbelieve, this is a Russian engineered gun, powered by gas.

Next is the LMGs (Light Machine Guns): MK 46 Mod 0 is an all purpose LMG, along with the PKM which shoots a heavy 7.62 MM bullet.

Some other interesting weapons are the RPG and The Tactical Knife.
The RPG is a rocket propelled grenade weapon which is mainly used as an anti-tank weapon. Again some may not believe this is also another Russian engineered weapon. And now, on to the Tactical knife. The Tactical Knife more commonly known as a Combat Knife is used for close up, hand to hand combat.

Medal of Honor is also bringing in a very formiliar aspect known as Multiplayer. Here you will be fighting against friends or enemies in first person. It is almost a combination of BattleField and Modern Warfare. You will be thrilled from the begging to the end.

( better ending for the paragraph)

Medal of Honor is also bringing in a very familiar (typo) aspect known as Multiplayer. Here you will be fighting against friends or enemies in first person. It is almost a combination of Battlefield, (punctuation) and Modern Warfare. You will be thrilled from the begging to the end. (ending paragraph seems dry. I think you could go into a little detail as to what you experienced playing it, maybe with a few instances you would like to share)







i know i am a skeptic IrishReaper, but you do have talent, and if you work on it, you could be one THE BEST members we have for reviews.

Tom Clancy's HAWX 2

In Tom Clancy's HAWX 2 fans become elite areial soldiers and are plunged into and explosive enviornment. This is your chance to control several elite pilots and use cutting edge technoligy in amazing areial warfare.

This game is action packed from begging to end. You go through many levels that include taking off from the runway, flying around and getting used to the controls. Soon after taking off you are thrown into a fire fight where you take on several different things such as helicopters, planes and enemy convoys.

Later on once you are more expierienced you will be put on different missions such as search and destroy missions along with other look out missions.

There is also multiplayer in this action packed game. In multiplayer you can chose from a variety of aircraft. Also you can play co-op while in single player.

This game is an amazing piece to everyones collection. If you are into fire fights and aerial combat this is the game for you!

otherwise decent write up :)

i wouldnt worry about going back and fixing them, but just keep in mind, we want our "reporters" to be self sustainable. Having to have the editors run through all of the submitted work looking for typos, and a period or comma in the wrong place is simply put: a waste of time.

I have notice you are spamming lots of stories quickly. While this is nice to have lots of content, i think you should focus more on what you are writing. The stories are good, you just need to spend a little more time. My advice is to write up the story, and then re-read it, TWICE.... just to look out for any mistakes that may have been made.

Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days

Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days is a third person shooter. This game is very repetitive and has several flaws. All of the action and life has been sucked straight out of this game.

In Kane and Lynch 2: Dead Men there were bank heists and stealth missions and several other types, but now the game has flat lined. Basically in this game you shoot and shoot and shoot. Then you move forward and shoot some more.

As for weaponry, you start with very crappy guns that are very inaccurate. They also seem to fall apart right before your eyes. You will most likely spend a decent amount of time searching for a better gun.

Another turn off is that your enemies can take more damage than you can which makes it easier for you to die and even harder to kill your enemy. To add to the disappointment the cover system frustrates people as much as it helps people.

As you can tell, this game is not one of my favorites and i fell that it will be a major let down to all fans out there.

Fable 3

Fable III is the third game in an amazing series. In Fable you have control over your character and your environment. You will be compelled to stand up for what you believe in when dealing with tyranny, poverty and injustice.

In this game your values and principles will be put to the test. You will have to decide how far you are willing to go secure the crown of Albion.

You will play as the hero of Fable II's son or daughter as king or queen. All the decisions you make will affect your entire kingdom. Continue to fight to keep your kingdom together and to reunite a divided people.

As for combat it has received a few tweaks. It is now easier to switch between equipped weapons and it is also easier to target you enemies or allies. Additionally there is an item called gauntlets which allow you to equip a spell to them, instead of just equipping them to yourself. The Gauntlets change style based on how you use them.

The inventory options have also been upgraded. Fable III now allows you to hit start and access your sanctuary, which then lets you walk into the door of your choice and change clothes, weapons, as well as giving you several other options.

This adventure style game is a sure hit and every gamer should give it a try. With over 40 hours of game play, you will never have a boring moment in this game.
